| Full Moon is happy
to be able to offer this selection of yoga classes for all levels of
students. Here is breakdown of what type of classes are offered and
when they are scheduled.
Remember to wear loose clothing and bring a map,
pillow, tightly woven blanket or towel to cushion your knees!

Dr.
Dorall, N.D., D.W.H.H., D.H.M., I.A.Y.T., R.Y.T.,
shares the many disciplines of Hatha, Kripalu, Iynegar, Kundalini,
Jnana, Marma Chikitsa as it is called on and needed by the
individual and class as a whole to address each state of being
between the mind and body. Each class is uniquely different just as
each day comes forth different, with intent to be open and casual.
The Full Moon classes are more about community and connecting so
that release from stress can be achieved from the fast pace world in
a friendly setting. Although not always easy, the body and
mind will benefit greatly from the practice of yoga.
